Agreement Overview: By engaging Shivam Dwivedi / Webkar Digital Solution, you agree to these milestone and delivery terms.

1. Software Deliverables

All software engineering engagements follow a mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW) detailing architecture specifications, delivery timelines, and post-launch support.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full settlement of agreed project payments, custom source code created for the client becomes the client's property.

3. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India, with jurisdiction in Sidhi / Jabalpur, MP.
